We are performing scheduled hardware maintenance on customer-dedicated Solr cluster deployments hosted on Microsoft Azure.
This maintenance involves a hardware configuration update and is designed to be fully transparent, with no expected downtime or service interruption.
The maintenance will be executed in phases according to service tier and Azure cloud region during the following windows:
Gold Deployments: January 19, 2026 – January 23, 2026
Platinum Deployments: January 26, 2026 – January 30, 2026
- Azure Regions: Australia East, Canada Central, Canada East, Central India, Central US, East Asia, North Central US, South Central US
Platinum Deployments: February 2, 2026 – February 6, 2026
- Azure Regions: East US, France Central, Germany West Central, Japan East, Japan West
Platinum Deployments: February 9, 2026 – February 13, 2026
- Azure Regions: East US 2, Southeast Asia, UK South, UK West, West Central US, North Europe, Norway East
Platinum Deployments: February 16, 2026 – February 20, 2026
- Azure Regions: West Europe, West US, West US 2, West US 3, UAE North
We will monitor all systems throughout the maintenance and will provide updates if there are any changes.
